Wendy Rose

Wendy Rose has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles.

Wendy is currently working as a Sales Director at Dialogue International since 2023.

Prior to that, they worked as a Group Sales Director at WTA Group from September 2022 to April 2023.

From September 2019 to September 2022, they held the position of Head of New Business & Strategic Relationships at Bupa, where they formulated and implemented sales strategies, developed client and partnership relationships, and managed a high-performing team.

Before that, they were a Business Change Lead at BHSF from September 2016 to August 2019, where they led a complex digital transformation program and implemented process improvements.

Wendy also has experience as a Co-Founder and Commercial Director at Nexus Healthcare (Acquired by BHSF) from September 2005 to September 2016, where they transformed a start-up business into a profitable venture and oversaw various projects.

Their earlier experience includes working as a Research Analyst at Euromonitor International and as a Research and Marketing Manager at AXA.

Wendy Rose has a history of education in the field of History and French. Wendy obtained a BA Hons degree in History and French from The University of Manchester. Additionally, they received a Diploma in French from Sorbonne University and studied French Studies at the University of Liège. In terms of certifications, Wendy has obtained several, including the PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice, the Change Management Foundation certification from APMG International, and the Six Sigma Foundations certification from LinkedIn.
