Bill Liu is an experienced analyst currently working at Tidal Partners since July 2023, focusing on strategic advisory and technology M&A, with notable involvement in the $28 billion acquisition of Splunk by Cisco. Previous experience includes roles at Barclays Corporate & Investment Bank as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst in the Global Technology Group, and as a Winter Analyst at Point72 specializing in Long-Short Equity.
