Kimberly Pickinpaugh has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Kimberly currently holds the position of Director of Critical Care Services at TidalHealth since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked at Nanticoke Health Services, where they held the role of Nursing Director Critical Care and also served as a Certified Critical Care RN. Kimberly started their career at Nanticoke Memorial Hospital as a Nurse and eventually became a Charge Nurse in the ICU.
