Martins Usiosefe has worked in various roles since 2022. Martins began as a Community Manager at Tide Foundation and engi. Martins then went on to become Head of Community Management at New Standard Inc. and Brand Collab Manager at KRYPTOLITE. Martins also served as African Ambassador at skillsbite and Social Media Manager at Playfair Technologies. Additionally, they were an Ambassador at both Earn.Games and decentralized web - project, as well as Social Media Manager at CryptoHills Academy.

Martins Usiosefe obtained a Bachelor of Arts - BA in Philosophy from the University of Benin in 2021. In October 2021, they obtained a Soft-skills certification from Jobberman Nigeria. Martins also obtained an Introduction to web 3 certification from Skillsbite in November 2022.
