Brooks Kincaid has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brooks began their career in 2005 as an Investment Banking Analyst at Seven Hills Partners, where they provided advisory services for small-cap public and high growth private companies. In 2007, they joined Google as a Strategic Partnerships Analyst, working on product distribution deals and presenting to the Executive Leadership Team. From 2010 to 2014, Brooks co-founded and led Imprint Energy, a battery technology startup that was eventually acquired by CCL Design. At Imprint Energy, they secured venture capital financing and developed customer and supply chain relationships. Following that, Brooks served as the COO of Build Savings from 2014 to 2015. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Silverado Company as a Principal, managing investments in special situation alternative investments. Currently, Brooks is the President of Tide Rock, a position they have held since 2018.

Brooks Kincaid completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Science & Engineering at Stanford University from 2001 to 2005. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Entrepreneurship and Finance at the Haas School of Business, University of California, Berkeley.
