Anil Komal

Anil Komal has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Starting in 2000, Anil worked as a Sales Assistant at Debenhams for six years. In 2006, Anil transitioned to Carphone Warehouse, initially working as a Contact Centre Advisor and later as a Claims and Admin employee until 2009.

From 2009 to 2014, Anil joined Dixons Carphone and held multiple roles, including Claims Administrator/Lead Technical Assistant and MVNO Operations Delivery Lead. During this time, Anil implemented various changes and managed risks within the projects to enhance efficiency and reduce system issues.

In 2015, Anil became an iD MVNO Business Change Delivery Executive at Dixons Carphone, leading change requests development and implementation across business functions. Anil achieved notable successes, such as improving the Police Liaison process and implementing a new change request automated system.
