Jyothi Ponnala

Jyothi Ponnala has a diverse work experience in the field of KYC (Know Your Customer) operations. Jyothi started their career at Cognizant as a Process Executive in March 2017 and worked until July 2018. Jyothi then joined HSBC in October 2018 as KYC Operations, where they worked until December 2020. Jyothi then moved to Tide in December 2020, initially as a KYC Analyst and later as a KYC QA Analyst from July 2021.

Jyothi Ponnala completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Computer Science from JNTUH College of Engineering Hyderabad. Jyothi pursued this program from 2013 to 2016.
