Nilansh Rajput

Nilansh Rajput has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and AI development. Nilansh worked as a Senior Data Scientist at Tide, where they contributed to the development of a new credit lending model for short term micro loans. Nilansh created semi-supervised techniques for generating proxy labels and self-training methods. Prior to this role, they worked as a Data Scientist in the Credit decisioning Team at Tide, where they optimized spark cluster usage during materialization of features in Tecton, reducing time and cost significantly. Before joining Tide, Nilansh was a Data Science Intern at Tide. Additionally, they served as the Cognition Engineering Lead at OpenMined, where they worked from March 2020 to June 2021. Nilansh also has experience as an AI Developer Intern at Unbiased, where they led the development of infrastructure for ML project lifecycle management and worked on privacy-preserving AI technologies such as Federated Learning and Differential Privacy.

Nilansh Rajput attended the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar from 2017 to 2021, where they pursued a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science.
