Escalations Team Lead at Tide

Stefan Petrov has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Stefan began their career in 2016 at Sixty K Ltd, where they worked as a Technical Support Agent from June 2016 to January 2017. Stefan then moved on to the role of Customer Service Agent from February 2017 to May 2017 before being promoted to Senior Customer Service Agent, a position they held from June 2017 to April 2018. In May 2018, Stefan was promoted again, this time to the role of Team Lead, which they held until August 2019.

In 2019, Stefan joined Tide, where they initially served as a Team Lead from September 2019 to March 2020. Stefan then took on a role as the Escalations Team Lead from April 2020, and their employment with the company continues to date.

Stefan Petrov obtained their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of National and World Economy, where they studied from 2011 to 2016.
