Ashlee Powers, M.S., is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various organizations, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Tides Advocacy since April 2022, where the focus is on consulting and human resources management for a network of businesses dedicated to democracy and human rights. Prior to this role, Ashlee spent nearly six years at the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum as Senior Manager of Human Resources, overseeing employee attraction and retention strategies for a large workforce. Ashlee’s career began in education as a substitute teacher and progressed through various HR roles in public and private sectors, including positions at the Colorado Department of Human Services and various departments at the University of Colorado. Educational qualifications include an M.S. in Organizational Leadership/HR Management from Regis University and a B.A. in Organizational Communications from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
