Isabel Paxton

Isabel Paxton is an experienced professional in corporate social impact and grant management, currently serving as an Advisor and previously as an Associate at Tides since May 2022. Prior to this role, Isabel worked at The Commonwealth Fund from October 2018 to May 2022 as a Grants Associate, managing a project pipeline for approximately 150 projects annually and overseeing compliance and financial distribution for $43 million in grants. Additional experience includes roles as a Grants Assistant at charity: water and an Advocacy and Networks Intern at the Union for International Cancer Control, highlighting proficiency in data management and advocacy strategy development. Isabel holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor's Degree in International/Global Studies from UCLA, complemented by studies at the University of Geneva.
