Laura Birdwell, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in compensation and benefits management. Currently serving as the Compensation & Benefits Manager at Tidewater Barge Lines since December 2011, Laura has previously held positions as Benefits Manager at both Hawthorn Retirement Group and LaCrosse/Danner, as well as HR Manager at Parametrix. Additionally, Laura has significant experience as Benefits Manager at GST Telecom. Laura holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences from Washington State University Vancouver.
