Marshall Reed

Marshall Reed is a seasoned Senior Project Manager at Tidewater Inc. since 2010, specializing in UST/AST systems and managing a $9M fuel tank facility contract for the Department of State. Previous roles include leading a complex UST system replacement for the United States Postal Service and providing oversight for construction projects at the U.S. Embassy in Madagascar. Marshall Reed has extensive experience with the Department of State, having conducted evaluations and repairs for fuel storage systems at 13 diplomatic posts in Africa.
