Cindy Chartier

Cindy Chartier, RPR, is an experienced Payroll and Human Resources Manager at Tier 1 Energy Solutions Inc. since July 2016. Prior to this role, Cindy served as Supervisor of Human Resources at Tartan Canada Corporation from June 2011 to January 2016, and as Human Resources Apprenticeship and Training Coordinator at Willbros Canada from November 2007 to March 2011. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Human Resources & Labour Relations from Athabasca University, completed between 2013 and 2016, and has pursued studies at MacEwan University in two intervals, from 1995 to 1998 and 2008 to 2010.
