Jeff H. is an experienced professional in emergency preparedness and intelligence analysis, currently serving as a CWMD Opportunity Analysis Planner at Tier Tech International, Inc. since August 2023. Previous roles include Emergency Preparedness Liaison Officer with the US Army Reserves and CWMD Planner/Analyst at SAIC.
