Katherine has been in learning and development for over 20 years. She has performed every role in the learning function, from Head of Learning to coordinator. Her time spent in internal learning roles with a start-up telecom, American Express, and QBE have allowed her to understand consulting engagements from the client side. In her consulting work, Katherine has worked with numerous Fortune 500 clients across banking, hospitality, insurance, pharma, and telecom. She has designed and facilitated for audiences on five continents.
