Tanja Kirsilä

Tanja Kirsilä has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tanja started their career as a Graphic Designer at KuKu in October 2011, then worked as an AD at Cms finland from January 2012 to January 2013. Tanja then joined Osuuskauppa KPO as a Mainossuunnittelija from June 2015 to August 2017. After that, they worked as a Project Manager at Kokkotyö-säätiö from September 2017 to October 2019. Following that, they served as an IT-suunnittelija at Staden Jakobstad - Pietarsaaren kaupunki from November 2019 to March 2022. Currently, they are working at Kuntien Tiera Oy, where they hold the positions of IT-suunnittelija since April 2022 and Project Manager since February 2023.

Tanja Kirsilä completed their education in a chronological order. Tanja first attended Centria University of Applied Sciences from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in International Business. Following this, from 2009 to 2012, they pursued an audio-visuaalisen viestinnän perustutkinto (graphic design diploma) at CENTRAL OSTROBOTHNIA ADULT EDUCATION INSTITUTE.

In 2016, Tanja began their studies at Lapland University of Applied Sciences, specializing in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management. Tanja completed their Bachelor's degree in 2019.

As for further education, Tanja is currently attending the University of Vaasa, pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Management Information Systems and Services. Tanja is expected to complete this program in 2024.

In terms of additional certifications, Tanja obtained the ITIL Foundation Level certification from PeopleCert in May 2023.
