Teemu Immonen

Teemu Immonen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Teemu started their career at Orion Pharma in 1996, where they held the position of Personnel Officer and also worked as an HR consultant. Teemu'sresponsibilities included managing transportation, housing, training programs, and personnel services. Teemu then joined Tieto as an HR Consultant, where they provided HR services to several companies within the finance sector. Teemu'srole involved recruitment, job evaluation, market salary information, and HR training for managers. Immonen later worked at ICL Invia as a Recruitment Manager, leading a team and successfully recruiting more than 40 employees per month. At Fujitsu Invia Oyj, they served as an HR Manager responsible for performance reviews, job development, payroll, and insurances. In their next role at Huhtamaki, Immonen held several positions, including Group HR Manager, HR Manager for Rigid Packaging Europe, Group HRD Manager, and Human Resources Director for the Molded Fiber business segment. Teemu managed HR processes, recruitment, training programs, and played a key role in business transformation and restructuring efforts. Most recently, Immonen worked at Accountor Suomi as an HR Director, leading the HR and competence development function for 1000 employees. Teemu focused on creating synergy, efficiency, and compliance through HR collaboration and cross-unit practices. Immonen is currently working as a Human Resources Manager at Kuntien Tiera Oy. Teemu Immonen obtained a VTM degree in Political Science from the University of Helsinki, completing their education there from 1992 to 1999. In 1990 to 1992, they pursued a qualification in Business and Administration from Espoonlahti Business College. Immonen also holds various certifications, including an HR Executive certification from Aalto University Executive Education and Professional Development in 2016. Teemu has completed training programs in areas such as personality and ability assessment, facilitation, and customer connection. Throughout their career, Immonen has continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through these additional certifications and training programs.
