Terhi Ollila has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Terhi currently works at Kuntien Tiera Oy as a Software Architect, specifically focusing on the DigiOne project since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked on the Tiera Digius digital service platform, where they contributed to design work and was also involved in the development team. Terhi also worked as a Service Designer at Kuntien Tiera Oy, participating in a customer project where they planned and facilitated workshops and group interviews, as well as contributed to the final report by producing data presentations.
Before joining Kuntien Tiera Oy, Terhi worked at Digia Plc for more than a decade. Terhi held various roles including Systems Architect, Senior Systems Designer, Team Manager, and Senior Software Developer. Terhi'sresponsibilities in these roles included working on DevOps projects across different sectors, designing and implementing software using JavaScript technologies, and focusing on UI design and implementation.
Prior to their time at Digia Plc, Terhi worked at Aldata as a Software Developer, where they were involved in software development projects from September 2005 to February 2010. Terhi also gained experience at Sonera as a System specialist from August 1997 to December 2001, and at Kela as an IT Designer from October 1996 to July 1997.
Terhi Ollila completed their Master's degree in Designer, Design Thinking and Design Leadership at LAB University of Applied Sciences from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Digital Media from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences, which they attended from 2018 to 2022. In 1994, Terhi Ollila completed a Diploma in Business Information Technology from Espoon kauppaoppilaitos, and they attended Liedon lukio in the same year. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in May 2022, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance® in January 2020, Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from Scrum Alliance® in November 2019, and Elements of AI from the University of Helsinki in December 2018.
