Toni Vesa

Toni Vesa has a diverse and extensive work experience in software development. Toni started their career at TietoEnator in 2002, where they worked on projects developing software for radio network controllers and mobile switching centers. Their responsibilities included developing database systems and configuration management features. Toni then worked at Tieto from 2006 to 2015, focusing on projects related to mobile network configuration management and network element management systems. Toni was involved in software development, architecture, and deployment automation. In 2015, Toni joined Descom Oy as a Senior Software Developer, working on eCommerce software projects. Toni continued this role at Solteq Oyj in 2016 and Mylab Oy from 2016 to 2023. In 2023, Toni started working at Kuntien Tiera Oy as a Software Developer. Throughout their career, Toni has utilized various methods and technologies such as Java, Java EE, Apache, and various development methodologies like Scrum and Waterfall.

Toni Vesa started their education journey in 1990 at Tammerkoski High School, where they obtained their Matriculation examination certificate in 1993. Toni then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management and Engineering from HAMK University of Applied Sciences, which they completed between 1997 and 2001. After a brief break, Toni enrolled at TAKK Tampere Adult Education Centre in 2004 to pursue a vocational degree in Computer Programming, which they finished in 2005. In terms of additional certifications, Toni became a Certified ScrumMaster in May 2011 through the Scrum Alliance.
