Ari Lehtovaara

Ari Lehtovaara has extensive work experience in various roles at Tietoevry and Tieto. Ari began their career in 1992 as a Project Manager at Tieto and has since held positions such as Quality Manager, Consultant, Unit Manager, Service Group Director, and Development Manager. At Tietoevry, they have served as Head of Project Services, Head of Operational Excellence, Director of Service Integration and Management (SIAM), and Head of Delivery Execution, among others. In their most recent role as Head of People Growth & Academy at Tietoevry Tech Services, Ari is responsible for leading the training program and capability development in Cloud & Infra service line. Overall, they have contributed to the improvement of leadership and management capabilities, successful project deliveries, and the implementation of new initiatives to support customer delivery teams.

Ari Lehtovaara attended ATK-Instituutti from 1984 to 1986 and Lauttasaaren yhteiskoulu from 1975 to 1982. No degree or field of study information is available for either education.
