Connie YiLan Zhang is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as VP, HR for Greater China at Tiffany & Co. since August 2022, Connie has previously held significant HR leadership roles, including VP, HR at SEPHORA from March 2019 to July 2022 and a series of HR positions at Starbucks from June 2007 to February 2019, culminating in the role of Human Resources Director. Prior to that, Connie worked as an HR manager at Bristol Myers Squibb from March 2005 to May 2007 and held the same title at 液空 from August 1997 to March 2005.
