Suzanne Hallgrimson, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and strategic direction across various industries. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources and Director of People & Culture at TIGER Drylac Inc. North America since November 2015, Suzanne has previously held roles as Human Resources Manager at Magna Powertrain and Linamar. With expertise in employee performance management, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws, Suzanne has played a pivotal role in enhancing HR functions and health & safety strategies throughout North America. Educationally, Suzanne holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Guelph, earned from 1995 to 1999.
