Ivan Sharamok

Ivan Sharamok started their career in 2005 as a Solution Consultant with Sitecore. Ivan then moved on to become a Technical Analyst, providing review and analysis of Sitecore-based solutions and suggesting tweaks and improvements to meet expectations, as well as providing direct emergency assistance to customers. In 2012, they took a break to travel. In 2013, they returned to Sitecore as a Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for educating and enabling customers to leverage containers as first-class citizens in their application stacks, and bringing Development and Operations teams up to speed with container technology. In 2018, they joined Docker, Inc. as a Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for building enterprise grade clusters on-prem and in cloud while educating customers' teams to do the setup following best practices. In 2020, they joined Tigera as a Principal Solutions Architect and Sr. Solutions Architect. At Tigera, they were responsible for empowering organizations to secure, observe, and troubleshoot containers, Kubernetes, and cloud. Ivan also worked on Tigera's commercial products, including Calico Enterprise, a self-managed security and observability platform, and Calico Cloud, a Kubernetes-native cloud service.

Ivan Sharamok attended Dnipro University of Technology from 2001 to 2005 and obtained a degree in Software Engineering, specializing in Software of Computer Systems. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: Certified Kubernetes Administrator from The Linux Foundation in February 2020 and Docker Certified Associate from Docker, Inc in June 2018.
