Jader Henrique da Silva

Jader Henrique da Silva has worked in various roles in the Information Technology and Services industry since 2006. In 2006, they worked as a Junior Web Frontend Developer and Teacher at Formata Informática, where they developed websites with Mambo/Joomla CMS, taught basic computing, advanced excel and Linux, and provided Linux desktop and server support. In 2007, they worked as a Junior Software Developer at Smart Brasil, where they developed C, C++, Python and PHP/Zend for Unix/Linux, maintained and updated the proprietary Linux distribution, and provided Visual C++ projects. In 2009, they worked as an Independent Information Technology and Services Professional at 2MI Tecnologia. In 2011, they worked as a Software Developer at Smart Brasil, where they developed C, C++, Python and PHP/Zend for Unix/Linux, and maintained and updated the proprietary Linux distribution, as well as the Linux firewall, proxy and email server. In 2012, they worked as a Senior Software Developer at UOL - Universo Online, where they developed the next generation integration platform for internal applications, collaborated with product management to design, build and test systems, and collaborated with developers and performance engineers to enhance supportability and identify performance bottlenecks. In 2015, they worked as a Cloud Systems developer at Mandic Cloud Solutions. In 2017, they worked as a Tech Lead at GoCache. Currently, they are working as a Senior Software Development Engineer at Tigera, where they are helping to provide the industry's only active Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform (CNAPP) with full-stack observability for containers, Kubernetes, and cloud, which prevents, detects, troubleshoots, and automatically mitigates exposure risks of security issues in build, deploy, and runtime stages.

Jader Henrique da Silva is currently enrolled in Universidade Paulista, where they are pursuing a Tecnólogo degree in Tecnologia em Tecnologia da Informação/Sistemas da Informação. In October 2021, they obtained a CERTIFIED CALICO OPERATOR: LEVEL 1 certification from Tigera. Jader is expected to complete their degree in 2022.
