Jérémy Guerrand

Jérémy Guerrand has over 15 years of experience in the IT industry. In 2006, they began their career as an I.T Support Technical Specialist at Transtechnology, where they provided first level technical support to customers via phone and email, undertook analysis, diagnosis and resolution of client problems, and installed and configured computer hardware systems, IT software and devices. In 2009, they moved on to become a System and Network Administrator at GDF SUEZ, where they performed daily system monitoring and verified the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes. In 2011, they became a Data Management and Active Directory Administrator at Société Générale, where they were responsible for performing daily system monitoring, taking and dispatching cases, and migrating end-users and departments data. In 2014, they joined Google as an I.T Support Technical Specialist, where they provided technical support for Google Apps in French and English, and demonstrated outstanding analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting ability. In 2015, they began working at Apple as an Apple Enterprise Support Advisor, where they researched, investigated and provided high quality responses to technical inquiries in both English and French. Jérémy then moved on to Quest Software in the same year, where they worked as a Senior Technical Support Analyst and provided top class end-to-end technical support by reproducing, trouble-shooting, diagnosing and resolving complex issues. In 2018, they joined VMware as a Senior Technical Support Engineer. Finally, in 2020, they began working at SolarWinds as a Presales Engineer. Currently, they are a Solutions Architect at Tigera, where they help organizations to secure, observe, and troubleshoot containers, Kubernetes, and cloud.

Jérémy Guerrand obtained a Bachelor's degree in Project, Database and System Administrator from Ciefa - Institut de Poly-Informatique - Groupe IGS between 2009 and 2011. Jérémy also obtained an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from the same institution between 2006 and 2008. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from VMware and SolarWinds, including VMware Certified Advanced Professional 6 - Data Center Virtualization Deployment in August 2019, VMware Certified Professional – Data Center Virtualization 2019 in March 2019, NPM from SolarWinds in October 2021, and VMware vSphere 6.5 Foundations.
