Stephanie Mech

Stephanie Mech has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of clinical data management. Stephanie is currently working at Tigermed as the Acting Head of Clinical Data Management. Prior to that, they held the position of Associate Director of Clinical Data Management at Tigermed and Senior Manager of Clinical Data Management at the same company.

Before joining Tigermed, Stephanie worked at IQVIA as a Senior Data Team Lead and Data Team Lead. Stephanie also had a brief role as an Associate Data Team Lead at Ascent Services Group.

Stephanie has experience working as an Independent Consultant, where they provided expertise in data management issues and conducted training. Additionally, they have worked at Second Sight Medical Products as a Senior Clinical Data Manager and a Clinical Data Manager, leading various data management activities and implementing data management procedures.

Earlier in their career, Stephanie worked at Medtronic as a Clinical IT Developer and Clinical Data Specialist, where they had responsibilities such as design and validation of CRFs, implementation of clinical trial management systems, and transitioning from paper CRFs to electronic systems.

Stephanie Mech holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering from UCLA, which they obtained from 2003 to 2004. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Southern California, from 1998 to 2002.

Additionally, Stephanie has earned a Supervision Certificate from the University of Minnesota in June 2023.
