Tiffany Labrie

Water Business Line Leader Tiffany Labrie is a civil and environmental engineer specializing in water and wastewater conveyance and treatment. Her specialties include CSO abatement, sewer evaluation, pump stations, and industrial pretreatment. She performs planning, design, permitting, construction observation, and construction administration services. She also maintains and advances Tighe & Bond’s master specification program and standard documents for services during bidding, award, and construction. Tiffany is also a Construction Specifications Institute Construction Documents Technologist (CDT).

Tiffany was the recipient of a 2016 Outstanding Junior Alumni Award from the University of Massachusetts Amherst College of Engineering. Honored as an “extraordinary member” of its alumni community, this celebrated her substantial efforts and notable successes early in her career. She also serves on the Advisory Council of the UMass Amherst Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
