Alberto Castilla Pardo

Alberto Castilla Pardo has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Responsable del equipo de servicio técnico at TIGLOO since December 2002, overseeing a team of over 47 individuals to ensure continuous client support under contracted SLAs, as well as managing technical resources and training. Prior to this role, Alberto worked as a Técnico informático at RANDOM CENTRO DE INFORMÁTICA from April 1997 to December 2002, providing installation and support for Macintosh and Windows platforms to SMEs and individual clients.
