Eric Holzer has worked in a variety of roles across multiple companies since 2008. Eric's first role was a Corporate Intern at Caterpillar Inc. in 2008. In 2009, they worked as an Engineering Intern at Energy Systems Group. In 2010, they were a Mechanical Engineering Design Intern at GE Transportation. From 2011 to 2017, they held multiple roles at GE Transportation, including Site Technical Lead, Marine and Stationary Engine Service Engineer, and Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP). In 2017, they joined Uptake, where they held four roles: Product Manager - Uptake Base, Manager, Industry Strategy - Federal, Solutions Lead - Rail, and Strategy Lead - Fluids Analysis. In 2020, they joined Tignis as Director of Product Management and Senior Product Manager.
Eric Holzer obtained a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University from 2007 to 2011. Eric then earned a Master's of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology between 2013 and 2014. Additionally, they were Green Belt Six Sigma Certified by GE in January 2013 and obtained a 10 hour OSHA certification from the Occupational Safety and Health Administration in May 2009.
