Blair Zhang

Blair Zhang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic partnerships and international cooperation. Currently serving as a Strategic Affiliate Partner at London Business Network since December 2022, Blair also holds the position of Chairperson at Compass Innovation Alliance, an NGO focused on supporting overseas startups in the Greater Bay Area. Blair's previous roles include Assistant to the CEO at Tigress Financial Partners, General Manager of International Cooperation at ALLWork, and Global Partnership Director at Beijing Skyocean COMB+ Technology. Blair's background includes consulting for the United Nations on economic development and gender equality, as well as legislative work with the New York City Council. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Public Relations & Corporate Communication from New York University and a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast and Print Journalism from Nanjing Normal University.
