Lutfi Restu Suhendar

Lutfi Restu Suhendar is a professional with extensive experience in customer experience analytics and contact center management. Currently serving as a Customer Experience Insight & Analytics Senior Specialist at tiket.com since October 2021, Lutfi focuses on enhancing customer care through analytics and insights. Prior experience includes roles at PT Astra Honda Motor, where responsibilities ranged from supervising contact center operations to performing data analysis for budget planning. In earlier positions, Lutfi contributed as a Programmer C++ at Gameloft and as an OSN Computer Trainer at SMAN 2 Yogyakarta, where notable achievements include guiding students to win at the regional level of the Olympiade Sains Nasional. Lutfi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitas Gadjah Mada and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Computer Science at Universitas Budi Luhur.
