Tobias Rauber

Tobias Rauber has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Tobias began their career in 2005 as an Entwicklungsingenieur at CONCAST AG, where they were responsible for project management and the development of specialized products. In 2007, they became the Technischer Direktor at Transorga Engineering AG, where they handled technical management, project leadership, and the creation of sales presentations and technical specifications.

Rauber then ventured into business ownership, first as a Geschäftsführender Inhaber at Innovicta Angola from 2008 to 2010, where they focused on developing and implementing industrial solutions for the Angolan government. Tobias later had a similar role at their own company, Ingenieurbüro Rauber, from 2010 to 2011.

In 2011, Rauber joined Atlas Copco Meyco AG as the Leiter Entwicklung & Technik, where they led the development and production of spritzbetongeräte and robots for rock support in tunnels and underground mines.

Tobias subsequently became a Partner at Semesis AG from 2018 to 2020 and later served as the Geschäftsführender Inhaber at Ingenieurbüro Rauber from 2018 to 2020.

Most recently, in September 2020, Rauber took on the role of Chief Operations & Quality Officer at tiko Energy Solutions AG, where they currently work.

Tobias Rauber began their education at Primar- und Sekundarschule Langnau am Albis from 1985 to 1993. Tobias then attended Berufsmaturitätsschule Zürich from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Berufsmatura. Concurrently, from 1994 to 1998, they also studied at Alcatel in Au (Wädenswil), Switzerland, where they received an Eidg. Dipl. Fähigkeitszeugnis in Polymechaniker/ Mechatroniker. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they pursued their degree in Maschinenbau at ZHW Zürcher Hochschule Winterthur, also known as the University of applied Sciences Winterthur, earning the diploma dipl. Ingenieur FH. Finally, Rauber completed a MSc Elektrotechnik (Berufsbegleitend) in Elektrotechnik und Elektronik from h_da Hochschule Darmstadt between 2012 and 2015.
