Carolina Martínez Vigara

Carolina Martínez Vigara has a wealth of experience in the human resources field. Carolina began their career in 2000 as a Human Resources Specialist at Gas Natural Fenosa. In 2002, they became a Business Manager at Adecco, and in 2005 they moved to CRIT France as a Business Manager. In 2006, they became the Head of HR at Altran, where they managed the HR department in different industries and business areas. In 2014, they became the Global HR Director at Prodiel Group, leading the HR department and team in Spain and Latin America. In 2017, they moved to Playgiga as the HR Director, and in 2020 they became the Head of People, Culture and Organization at the Artificial Intelligence Proptech start-up Tiko.

Carolina Martínez Vigara obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid in 1997. In 2007, they completed their Master's degree in Human Resources Direction and Management from EUDE Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Fitness from Federación deporte Madrid, an Advanced English Certificate from Trinity College London, and a First Certificate in English from the University of Cambridge.
