Chris Liao is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in global marketing solutions and strategic development. Currently serving as Head of Community & Moments at TikTok since December 2021, Chris leads global business marketing initiatives. Previously held the position of Vertical Solutions Lead at TikTok, focusing on marketing strategies for regulated industries. Prior to TikTok, Chris worked for Dentsu Creative from October 2011 to July 2021, advancing through various roles including Group Director of Integrated Strategy. Additional experience includes a role as a Global Business Marketing Strategist at Meta and as an Associate Strategist at FreemanXP. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from the University of California, Merced, and pursued further education at Harvard University.
