Oliver Kruze

Oliver Kruze has a long and varied work experience. In 2017, they worked as a Summer Venture Analyst for CEI (Coastal Enterprises, Inc.), where they assisted the Managing Director and Principal with management of socially responsible Venture Capital funds. In 2018, they worked as a Strategy Consultant for The Beacon Group, Part of Accenture, where they worked on organic and inorganic growth strategies for Fortune 500 companies. From 2019 to 2023, they served as a Fellow for Venture For America, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer (Acting) for Tikun, and Vice President, Strategy and Finance for Tikun. In their roles, they conducted extensive primary and secondary research, analysis, and project delivery to support clients, independently launched Tikun’s first new market, worked closely with capital market advisors to determine accurate capitalization of a spun off pharma-division, and maintained cap table, financial models, data room, and other fundraising materials. Finally, in 2023, they were a Chapter Leader for Cannabis LAB - Association of Cannabis Industry Professionals.

Oliver Kruze completed a Bachelor's Degree in Economics at Dickinson College and also participated in a semester abroad at Baruch College in NYC and University of Otago in New Zealand. Oliver also graduated from Morse High School.
