Jan Korous

Jan Korous has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2013 when they worked as a Statistician at FIBA. In 2016, they became a Student Ambassador at Utrecht University. In 2017, they joined the Advisory Board and was appointed Coordinator of Internal Affairs at the Study Association ECU'92. In 2019, they interned as an Innovation & Startups Analyst at Deloitte. In 2020, they worked as a Consultant at EY in the Valuation, Modelling & Economics and Transactions & Corporate Finance departments. Currently, they are an Investment Analyst at Tilia Impact Ventures, a VC investment fund focusing on companies whose business model goes hand-in-hand with positive social or environmental change.

Jan Korous has a comprehensive educational background. Jan attended Jan Neruda Grammar School from 2009 to 2015 and obtained a High School degree in General Studies. Jan then went on to pursue a Bsc. Economics & Business Economics degree at Utrecht University, which they completed in 2019. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Science - MS degree in Finance & Investments from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2020. In addition, Jan has obtained several certifications, including CFA Level I from the CFA Institute in November 2021, CFA Level II from the CFA Institute in October 2022, and C2 - English profficiency, CAE Level A from the British Council.
