Amit Behera

Amit Behera has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Amit started their career at Infosys in 2009 as a Systems Engineer, where they worked on credit risk authorization for American Express in the Banking and Financial Services Domain. Amit demonstrated skills in IBM Mainframe Assembler, TPF, and TPFDF.

In 2013, Amit joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise as a Technology Consultant, responsible for providing expert advice on technology-related matters. Amit remained with the company until 2014.

In 2014, Amit joined American Express as a Business Analyst, where they contributed to various projects until 2015.

From 2015 to 2018, Amit worked at Amadeus Labs as a Lead Business Analyst, taking a leadership role in analyzing and improving business processes.

In 2018, Amit joined Amadeus IT Pacific as a Senior Business Analyst, focusing on developing and implementing business strategies until 2021.

In 2021, Amit transitioned to Qantas, where they held the position of Senior Digital Business Analyst for six months.

From 2021 to 2022, Amit worked at Westpac as a Senior Business Analyst, leveraging their expertise to drive business growth.

Currently, Amit Behera holds the role of Product Owner at Till Payments, where they actively contribute to the development and management of innovative products.

Amit Behera completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha and the Institute of Technical Education and Research from 2005 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended G.D.Goenka Public School for high school and obtained their ICSE degree in Science from Good Shepherd International School in 2003. In terms of certifications, Amit obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Practitioner certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in March 2021. Amit also holds the following certifications: Cert Prep: Agile Analysis (IIBA®-AAC) from LinkedIn in September 2020, PRINCE2® Foundation Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in February 2017, PRINCE2® Practitioner Certificate in Project Management from AXELOS Global Best Practice in December 2017, and Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in May 2017.
