Allison Bagnell has a diverse work experience in the field of graphic design and marketing. Allison is currently working as a Sr. Designer at Tillamook County Creamery Association, where they design and produces campaign materials across various retail consumer touchpoints. Prior to this, Allison worked at Oregon Symphony as an Art Director, leading the design team and developing innovative ways to bring the Oregon Symphony brand to life. Allison also played a significant role in launching digital initiatives and major institutional campaigns.
Before their role at Oregon Symphony, Allison worked at Enlivant in various positions, including Creative Director and Associate Creative Director. In these roles, they directed creative projects, led integrated marketing campaigns, and established the Enlivant brand on both national and community levels. Allison also worked as a Graphic Designer at Enlivant, where they designed materials for the company's rebranding efforts and helped launch a print-on-demand website.
Prior to joining Enlivant, Allison worked at Team Corporation as a Graphic Designer and Sales and Marketing Coordinator. In this role, they maintained graphic design responsibilities and took on additional responsibilities in the sales and marketing department, including managing sales orders and increasing brand awareness through social media campaigns.
Allison's work experience also includes a position as a Social Media & Design Intern at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Washington, where they ran social media accounts and designed materials for various events.
Throughout their career, Allison has demonstrated a strong ability to conceptualize and execute materials for integrated marketing campaigns, boost brand awareness, and collaborate with teams to achieve marketing goals.
Allison Bagnell's education history begins in 2006 when they attended Tahoma Senior High School. Allison completed their high school education in 2009 but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this time. From 2009 to 2013, Allison attended Western Washington University where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design. Moving forward, in 2021 and 2022, they attended the University of Oregon and earned a Certificate in UX/UI.
