Patrick Criteser

Patrick Criteser is the current President and CEO of the TILLAMOOK COUNTY CREAMERY ASSOCIATION. Prior to this, they served as Co-CEO of Farmer Brothers from April 2011 to March 2012, where they led a successful turnaround of the company. Criteser has also served as President and CEO of Coffee Bean International from December 2004 to June 2012, where they oversaw 3x growth of the company. In addition, they have also worked as a Principal at SmartForest Ventures, a Manager of Global Strategic Planning at Nike, and a Project Leader of Business Planning and Development at Disneyland Resort. Prior to all of these positions, Criteser served as a Manufacturing Manager at Procter & Gamble from January 1991 to December 1995.

Patrick Criteser has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Washington. Patrick has experience in marketing, finance, and strategic planning.
