Jennifer Duharte Phr

Jennifer Duharte, PHR, SHRM-CP has extensive experience in human resources. Jennifer started their career in 1999 at PrimeWay Federal Credit Union as an HR Representative. After six years, they moved on to join Tilson Home Corporation in 2005 as an HR Manager. In 2015, Jennifer was promoted to Vice President of Human Resources, a role they continue to hold.

Jennifer Duharte, PHR, SHRM-CP has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications in Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2010, and SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015.
