Amy Stark

Amy Stark is an experienced human resources professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and HR operations. Since October 2022, Amy has served as Vice President of HR and Talent Acquisition at Tilson, also holding the role of Director of Human Resources Operations. Prior to Tilson, Amy was the Human Resources Director at Relyance AI and the Director of Human Resources at Hertz, where responsibilities spanned from June 2019 to March 2022. Earlier roles include Human Resources Manager at Na Ali'i and Senior Manager/Project Manager at the Center for Organizational Excellence. Amy began their career as a Project Manager and Management Analyst at McKellar Corporation. Academically, Amy holds a Master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Argosy University and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Colorado Mesa University.
