Jim Manzer, P.E., PTOE

Jim Manzer, P.E., PTOE, is an experienced civil engineer and quality control manager at Tilson since December 2017, specializing in the design of fiber-optic networks. As president of TEMSCO, P.C. since April 2018, Jim oversees civil and structural engineering services for the fiber-optic industry nationwide. Additional roles include serving as a school board member for the Maine School Administrative District #15 and holding previous engineering positions at notable firms such as Sevee & Maher Engineers and John Turner Consulting, where Jim led various roadway and utility projects. Jim’s educational background includes multiple degrees from the University of Maine in civil, mechanical, and surveying engineering technology, along with an MBA in Investments and Securities.
