Natalee Cross

Natalee Cross currently serves as the Vice President of Engineering at Tilson, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Natalee Cross accumulated a decade of experience at Byers Engineering Company, where responsibilities included Director, Project Manager, Quality Control, and Design Engineer from October 2014 to January 2024. Earlier experience included positions as Administrative Assistant, Research Assistant, and roles in the IT Department at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary from August 2010 to October 2014. Natalee Cross holds a Master of Divinity (MDiv) in Missions and Women's Ministry from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, completed in 2013, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) in Speech Communication from Valdosta State University, awarded in 2010.
