Mike Lillesand

Mike Lillesand is an experienced professional in the construction and fire service industries. Currently serving as an Estimator and Purchasing Coordinator at Tim O'Brien Homes since December 2021, Mike focuses on developer approvals, permitting, and pre-construction activities while managing trade partner communications and job cost reporting. Prior roles include Building Professional, Recruit Firefighter/EMT at Poudre Fire Authority, Senior Account Manager at CLEAResult, EMT/Ambulance Operator for City of Bend Fire & Rescue, owner of Streamline Dwellings LLC, and Construction Manager at Olson & Jones Construction, Inc. Mike also contributed to green building consulting at Earth Advantage and served as a Wildland Firefighter for the U.S. Department of the Interior. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Consumer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Graduate Certificate in Real Estate with a sustainability focus from Portland State University.
