Micha Roon is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and innovation within the blockchain and software development sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship to technical staff in various organizations. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha focuses on enhancing the software development landscape through dynamic and reliable processes.
