Jessica Da Costa is a seasoned professional in the field of agricultural product development and marketing, currently serving as the Global Product Development Director at TIMAC AGRO since April 2021. In this role, Jessica leads a team of 17 to implement international product and precision agriculture strategies, focusing on innovation in plant nutrition. Prior experience includes serving as the Regional Open Field Crop Manager for EMEA at COMPO EXPERT GROUP, where responsibilities encompassed defining regional crop strategies and driving profitability across focus crops. Jessica also held the position of Product Manager for Edible Crops at COMPO EXPERT FRANCE, managing a diverse product range, and has worked in various roles that combined product management and research, enhancing crop varieties and developing marketing plans. Educational credentials include an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School and a Master's degree in Agricultural Engineering, among other qualifications.
