Jay Fleecs, SPHR, MBA, is a seasoned executive leader specializing in human resources and organizational strategy. Currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Timberlyne Group, Jay spearheads HR functions that align with business strategies and drive performance management initiatives. As the founder and President of HR Alliance Solutions, Jay focuses on delivering comprehensive HR and business solutions tailored to client needs. Previously, as the CEO of Behavioral Health Specialists, Jay achieved significant revenue growth through strategic planning and talent management. Jay's extensive experience also includes roles as Director of Human Resources and Safety Director at Norfolk Iron and Metal Co., along with similar responsibilities at Affiliated Foods Midwest. Jay holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and an MBA from Wayne State College.
