Amy Cole

Amy Cole is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology and education. Currently serving as a Test Engineer I at TCP Software since June 2022, Amy utilizes Amazon Web Services tools to enhance ticket resolution processes for support teams. Previous roles include Student Information Systems Analyst and Campus Technology Support Specialist I at San Angelo ISD, where high-quality data management and technology support were provided to district personnel and students. Amy has also worked as an Implementation Specialist at TimeClock Plus, managing numerous projects, and gained foundational experience as an IT Intern at San Angelo ISD. Earlier career highlights include roles at Hobby Lobby managing inventory and sales, and coordinating educational programs at Fort Concho National Historic Landmark. Amy holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Support Specialist and an Associate of Science in Computer Science from Howard College, along with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Angelo State University.
