Jacki Craft

Jacki Craft has over 20 years of experience in human resources and administration. Jacki is currently the Chief People Officer at TimelyMD since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Human Resources at Zix from June 2017 to September 2021. From February 2006 to June 2017, they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Administration at First American Payment Systems. Before that, they were the Human Resource Director at Final Support from August 2004 to February 2006, and a Human Resources Generalist at Texas Bank from June 2001 to July 2004.

Jacki Craft obtained their MBA degree from Dallas Baptist University, where they studied from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they attended The University of Texas at Arlington from 2001 to 2005, earning a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus in Human Resources.

In addition to their formal education, Jacki also holds several certifications. Jacki completed the "Inclusive Mindset for Committed Allies" course at LinkedIn in August 2020 and the "Subtle Shifts in Thinking for Tremendous Resilience" course at LinkedIn in April 2020. Furthermore, they have obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
